This week, I’m coming to you from Toronto where I attended the most recent Mike Ferry Organization conference. For those of you that may not have heard of Mike Ferry, he is one of the most celebrated real estate marketing gurus in the world. Match up with a buyer that falls in love with your home, loves where it’s located and can’t wait to get in – and you really have a winning combination!

Sellers now have the ability to be picky and choosy with whom they want to work with in a transaction. Not only are we seeing multiple offers but also you can expect additional benefits such as choosing a cash deal versus financed purchases, depending on the offers that come in, or gaining flexibility on terms.
